The SVM overhead power conveyor has been designed to carry isolated loads continuously or step-by-step, under optimal reliability and safety conditions, whatever the complexity of the circuit being travelled.The overhead power conveyor is made from standard modular elements which endow it with great adaptation and modification flexibility.

Assembly is by means of simple bolting without any welding. Possible automation of loading stations ensures complete autonomy to the plant.
Compact in size and low in weight, the SVM overhead power conveyor can be installed without difficulties. It can be suspended by tierods on the framework of buildings or taken up from the floor by means of cross arms or gantries.

Chain types









A mechanical chain of biplanar type and of modular design circulates inside the track. This chain is composed of bearing links which support the load, equipped with 4 high strength ball rollers and interlinked by one or several connecting links comprising guide rollers. Articulation is by means of staggered cross-heads.

The modular design, combined with possibilities of chain pitch and the numerous types of rolling bearings available enables multiple combinations and therefore exact adaptation to work conditions.

The power and free conveyor DVM 150, DVM 2500, DVM 6 consist in removable standard pieces.
It includes an upper track in which circulates the driving chain, and a lower track which constitues the rolling track for carrying trolleys.

These tracks are assembled together by welded bridge plates at regular space. Assembly is made by simple bolting. The combination of straight elements, of horizontal and vertical bends, and stop units or switches allow the design of all shapes of circuits.





Easy use

Switches allow diverts in free or mechanized track or merge to another circuit.
Stop units hold trolleys at work stations, on accumulaion lines or at merging on other track.

Carrying capacity

Strong construction trolleys are easily supporting their nominal capacity. In some applications, the assembly by load bar can double or quadruplicate capacity.

The disengaging system fitted onto the trolleys allows accumulation of loads by proximity.

Automatic loading/offloading sections

Dip sections (loading - offloading station)
Different shapes of dip sections, depending on the application, stroke, size and weight of loads, enable dipping down the trolleys at work stations, in tanks or at convenient levels. The controls can be electromecanic, pneumatic or hydraulic according to utilizations.

According to principle

This power and free conveyor includes a mecanical chain circulating inside the rolling track U, shaped. Under this one, two angle bars facing each other constitute the trolley track.

The whole is assembled together with welded bridge plates.Trolleys are powered by pusher dogs bolted into the chain.

The traction of chain is achieved by drive unit. Chain and tracks are made up of standard modular elements.



This type of conveyor allows transport of loads from one point to another and depending on the application, in order to
- show these loads at work stations
- create some buffer stocks
